So my husband and I both have bronchitis and Evan has double ear infections. He has just wanted to snuggle which of course my husband and I have been doing. He has antibiotics now so hopefully he sleeps better tonight 🙏🏻

Make a 2-3 cup mix of honey and lemon and drink one full 10ml every hour or 2. Its gross and annoying but it works

Nettle leaf tea, lemon and honey. I mean a lot of it. Is natural, safe and very effective! My son, my husband and I have never been sick for longer than 3 days. My son is 5, never needed antibiotics, never pass 3 days
