anyone have any good home remedies for migraines.. this is day #8 of a constant one. i was diagnosed with them 8 years ago bit stopped my meds to get pregnant. and the dimple things dont work like (tylenol and caffeine) like my dr is telling me to do. any suggestions will help... i hope 😣
So I'm thinking of baby girl names , because I pray that baby number two is a girl 👑 My son's name is Eli & I would like for her to have an "E" name like my son. So far I have three I like Elle Eva Eliza Short, simple and unique 😍 Any more you ladies can think of besides Elizabeth lol ?
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

Try cutting a line in half and rubbing it on your forehead. It really works. I've also just used lime juice on a towel and rubbed it on my forehead it worked just as well

I went through this around the same weeks you're at. I couldn't do anything and the only thing that really gave me a tiny bit of relief was laying down with a cold towel on the back of my neck. I tried extra strength tylenol and by the 6th day I was taking like 6 of them. also, it's gross but puking helped alleviate the pain
