Core strength is so important!!! Been doing basic Pilates for about 2 weeks, and my tummy is way smaller and my thighs are shrinking πI feel stronger, too. I just looked up a few videos on YouTube, and do a routine on my living room floor every day. Yeah I get interrupted by the baby and animals, but that's #momlife
I started yoga and was not 100% into it I'll have to try this!!! "Basic Pilates" or "core Pilates"
