Core strength is so important!!! Been doing basic Pilates for about 2 weeks, and my tummy is way smaller and my thighs are shrinking 🙃I feel stronger, too. I just looked up a few videos on YouTube, and do a routine on my living room floor every day. Yeah I get interrupted by the baby and animals, but that's #momlife

I started yoga and was not 100% into it I'll have to try this!!! "Basic Pilates" or "core Pilates"

I better do that! My love handles are ridiculous now! And my belly... don't wanna talk about it. lol feel like Santa, bowl full of jelly!
