Girl I feel the same way! They do so much for us too. I have to bite my tongue. She feels that because it's her sons child she can do whatever she wants, but that's not the case. She maybe my first child but I think I know what's best for MY child. I think your wise to have your husband talk to her. And if that doesn't work then you'll have to put your foot down. I know it's so frustrating. I'm always hearing little comments and I have to walk out of the room. She said on her last visit to her other granddaughter she brought with her "this is our baby while we're here." NOOOOOOO it's not! I'm pretty sure this gut I've got here is bc I carried her for 7.5 months, not you lol

Mama I'm in the same boat as you but with my FIL & trust me I done told him some stuff to get it straight because he wants my daughter to wear what he wants or else he like that clothes looks so ugly I be telling that Is My child and i do what i want not the way you want it ok don't get in what you don't need your nose in . but i feel what you going through @jsco

like they do a lot for us, so I feel bad getting mad at her. but I can't even handle. I'm always getting scoffed at or something ridiculous because of how I handled pregnancy, or how I handle my child. piss me offffff @brielleclarissa

Oh man girl I feel your pain, mine was in town for a week and I nearly lost my mind. Ended up calling my best friend from the bathroom to vent and cry. I think her son should be the one to set her straight. I hate confrontation of any sort especially with my fiancés family.

I use to love my mil in till I had my first. Try not to let then get to you i know it harder said then done and tell them it your child not there's and they are grandparents and they are the one to spoil not parent. I am still dealing with mine from my first and now this one too and it even harder because my mother in law is a nurse so she thinks she know everything about babies when she is not that type of nurse.

oh, I moved out of my dad's house bc of that. my step mom took my son out of his bassinet while we were both sleeping so she could play with him. he was like a week old. you do NOT wake up a new born unless u have the boob to feed them. I packed up that weekend and left
