Alright everyone! I need good ideas for food! I keep getting told I can't drop any lbs. Because I don't eat enough. I'm supposed to have 1600 calories a day and I'm apparently only eating 700 calories a day. For real how do people find so much time to eat??? So what do you eat all day? I need some fast snack ideas
I eat a lot of fish and vegetables and high protein yogurt with strawberries and blueberries mixed in it. I'm suppose to eat 1200 calories a day and I think I eat like 800. I also use myfitnesspal it's an amazing app that helped me lose 50 lbs before! I do eat a lot of lean cuisines and lean cuisines hot pockets and what not if I'm looking for fast food. Everyone will say they're not super healthy because of all the sodium in them but hey I lost 50 lbs while eating them so people can back off😝
