Went ahead and pre-made our favorite breakfast tonight. Overnight chocolate banana oatmeal. Looks delicious can't wait until the morning. 😋you can make it anyway you want this how we do it.
1 cup old fashion oatmeal
1 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon ground flax seed
1 tablespoon cocoa mix
1 tablespoon peanut butter
Honey to taste
Add all ingredients in mason jar. Seal and give it a shake. Then enjoy in the morning with banana.
@frazzledmama, oh now that sounds good. I posted my lactation energy balls I found online they are soooo good. Even my kids like them.
