Over the last week I've slowly been producing less and less milk. I woke up this morning and neither of my boobs were full. Not even remotely. I pump everyday and I have stuff stored but during the day my daughter is always acting hungry and my boobs never feel like they have milk. What can I do to boost my milk supply?

Your body will adjust to produce the right amount of milk. Once your supply is established your boobs won't get that hard, overfull feeling unless you've gone too long between feedings. Your baby might be acting hungry because she's cluster feeding. If she's having plenty of wet and dirty diapers and she's gaining properly then your supply is great!

@stephyhiggins, sure! It's hard not to second guess yourself, but you've got to trust your body. My son couldn't go 2-3 hours between feeding until he was like 4 months. He's a big boy and he was always hungry (this is especially true for smaller and bigger babies). The most important thing you can do is take care of yourself. Make sure you're staying well hydrated. Every time the baby eats, drink some water. You can also add some Gatorade to your routine. It helps with production too. And make sure you're eating enough. You need a minimum of 1800 calories per day in order to produce milk.
