Has anyone gone through a mental health diagnosis a year or more after delivery? I feel like I'm crumbling apart .. just…

@nikkictee, thank you! I have been asking for help and was able to let it go for a while before getting pregnant. But since delivery things don't seem right.. within myself and that is why I have wanted to seek help. I have had short term care(therapy) but have never had a long term care plan.

I've suffered from anxiety and depression since college, and I think it started up again shortly after my son was born. There is no shame in needed to talk to a therapist or counselor! I feel like it saves my sanity!
