Had a bit of a panic attack a couple nights ago. Being a single mom is hard...and it's okay if I break every now and then. Anyone else do the same?

Has anyone given their 2 year old Benadryl before? I think my son had an allergic reaction to something he ate at daycare, and I want to try to bring the swelling down.
