I posted awhile ago that this 16 year old is acting pregnant well she made a mistake! She said she was 10 weeks and the picture said 13! Shame on this person!

Does this look like a dog? If so, what kind? Someone posted it on a lost dog Facebook page and said that she is very skinny and looks like she's been on her own for a while. She kind of looks like a baby fox or coyote to me.
Shes only 5days an her doctor said not to put anything on it and leave it alone??
Rant-_-... My friend asked me to watch her dd while she took someone to do something at about 7ish & said "it won't take long"..
UPDATE: Well i wemt back to doctor still at 5cm was sent back home my doctor said i havent dilated anymore so she said thats a good thing and she said she wanna induce me but she didnt because im 36 weeks so im dealing with pain until i hit 40 weeks witch i really hate but she also said if baby comes shes not gonna stop it so im just playing the waiting game while having contractions and still scard ima go in labor at home!!!!

Ugh who gets pleasure out of pretending to be pregnant and stealing someone's pictures?! BUT, it's not too uncommon for us dates to be off if it's the first scan, my very first scan says 8wks 6 days because they went off my LMP and manually put that date, but I was actually only 6 wks 1 day. so when they did the dating scan, my us dates were right. But still lol
