I don't know about you guys but this is the first time I've really cold turkey tried exercising since I gave birth ( c-section delivery) to my now 14-month-old son and just some simple beginners Pilates is making me feel sick... I really am trying to stay determined but it's killing me haha. Although I will say that I have lost 7 pounds within the last three weeks taking me from 223 pounds to 216. I know it doesn't seem like much and some of you might be completely disgusted that I let myself get so big (I'm not too proud of myself for it either) but I'm pretty excited about it. There's no excuses viable. I've decided that if I find out that I'm unfortunately not pregnant I'm going to go full throttle into my exercise and get down to my almost goal weight (145pounds goal being 120)before I try to conceive again. Momma on a mission!😤😩😋
