I really want to find some sort of meal replacement to replace dinner. I'm trying to lose the baby weight and have as much energy as I can to be the best momma I can any suggestions please let me know. I don't have much time to work out but if I had more energy too I think it would help. I need a plan lol
It's a cycle, so you're not active because you have no energy, but you have no energy because you're not active. Eating from all food groups is so important as it reduces cravings. The plan sounds exactly like something you could do. I was on the exact place as you not too long ago. I'll DM you!
