My baby is 3 weeks old and hasn't pooped in over 24 hours should I be worried? He is on formula and the Pediatrician had said formula fed babies could take up to a day to poop but it's been over a day now

He can go up to 3 days with out pooping. He's fine

yes he's okay, don't worry he will. it was the same for my son, he goes a couple days without pooping & his doctor said not to worry. doesn't matter how often he poops as long as it's not bloody or little balls like rabbit poop. it takes some time to regulate
