So I'm at a delima I have 3 days to enroll in my new insurance with my job but I have insurance with the state becuz when I found out I was pregnant my old job did not provide insurance. so of course medicaid covers only the necessary during pregnancy which was fine until I got my new job in the hospital I now would really like to have my baby in. But im worried about changing OB'S so late. idk what I should do.
Well with an office that is large they do have you met with everyone because when you go.into labor any of them may deliver. Your ob might not be available and I think it is less of a scare factor when you doc isn't available that a stranger doesn't walk in and deliver the baby for you. I least you already know the backup. Secondly if you have questions you need answered or feel like you want to be more informed then say that. don't let them rush you out of the room if you feel like your not being taken care of. most offices run every 15 minutes to see as many as possible because there are a lot of us
it's not him per say. it more of the office. they schedule me with different OBs saying i have to meet with all of them at some point does that happen everywhere or is this something new? Then and i honestly they have no concern for me as a patient they move so quick to hurry and get me out of there. I feel. but I could be over reacting becuz I've never been pregnant b4 so maybe this is how everything is until it's time for baby to be here. @beebaby
but I don't really know what to look for in an OB what if they all are like the one I have @beebaby
@beebaby Thank you !
