I'm 13 weeks today and I had a horrible shower this morning. I'm thinking it was too hot, I got dizziness and nausea and my vision got fuzzy. It was bad.

yes, it most likely was to hot. Your blood pressure was to high, try taking cooler showers an drink some water. @reyana
