Whats some good work outs to ensure starting a fit body after pregnancy?? i am currently 22 weeks 🤔😊😊 also what can I do to not have those nasty stretch marks? 😔😕👀

You can do anything you did before. Just don't strain or run out of breath. Good luck with the stretch marks. I used vitamin E oil and it's helped but not much.
