still can't upload pictures 😧😧😧

I still can't unload my pictures

I just started using this app today I really like it just can't get my pictures up like it's not allow my pictures to upload

@jc2015, @dontbsad, what type of phone are you using? Where is the photo you're trying to upload stored? Or is it a new photo just taken from your camera? Try different photos and please let us know so we can fix your issue. Thanks

I'm using a galaxy s7, I've tried multiple pictures from my camera gallery, I've tried and taking them directly from my camera while in the app and uploading only works maybe 20% of the time using that method. but trying to upload pictures that I already took (just a few minutes before trying to upload) isn't working at all

Galaxy s5 by Android my photos are stored in my gallery and even if I take a picture it won't upload

updated the app again, still can't upload pictures 😭😭😭 I even tried Un-installing an re-downloading the app 😧
