OK ladies, what are some things I can do to help PREPARE my body for labor? not trying to self induce, just get into optimal condition for an easy labor when it does happen... I already have a yoga ball and raspberry leaf tea...

perineal massages, I heard eating 6 dates a day during the last few weeks is suppose to help with labor and prepare the body

I'm not worried about the pain @raquely, raspberry leaf tea helps prepare the uterus, yoga ball helps get baby into the proper position, that's the type of thing I'm looking for...
