my 5 month old rolled off the. bed this morning (we co sleep) when I picked her up she was on her tummy..she cried for about a minute. but after that she started cooing smiling ect...acting normal ect...but after about 6 minutes she started spitting up she has no bumps cuts goose eggs etc...should I still be worried?

I would call and explain everything just to be safe. keep and eye on her. there may be internal stuff going on so just call and see what they say

Call her pediatrician and explain. I know one sign is vomiting but if it was more just spit up Id keep an eye her
