So I had my son in July and I've had trouble getting the baby weight off. I've been really self conscious about my weight. I feel fat and ugly. I don't feel sexy anymore so things have been rough in the bedroom. My husband is understanding about the situation but my parents on the other hand is a different story. Every time I go over there they are always asking if I'm pregnant again or just mentioning something about my weight. It's really been getting to me. Does anyone have any advice? Maybe a good exercise?
