LABOR STORY🙂
I was induced 7am this morning and had my son at 7:10pm. 12 hours of labor which wasn't too bad, they started me off with that little pill that's supposed to help you contract (don't know what it's called lol), well it was having me contract but no progress was made within the 4 hours they had me wait so my doc decided to give me a second pill to see if that would help any. 4 hours come around, it's about 3:00 then and I went from a 2 1/2 to a 3 1/2. So my doc decided to pop my water and see if I'd progress that way. I asked for some meds because it was starting to get uncomfortable so she gave it to me but it wore off fast and by that time my contractions were so bad so I requested an epidural. Took what seemed like forever for them to come to me and they worked me up for it. Well the damn thing didn't even numb anything besides the top of my stomach which all of my contractions were at the bottom and I had so much pressure and they had gave me a dose of pitocin. From there I labored hard and requested another dose of the epidural which numbed me for about 30 mins then wore off. Then by the time I knew it it was time to push my body started to do it itself which my nurses were telling me not to because a part of my cervix wasn't ready yet but the pressure was so intense. My doctor finally showed up and I delivered my son with two big pushes and tore barely. I felt my stitches as my doctor did them and she was surprised since I had the epidural but I told her it didn't even work so I basically had him naturally. It was so intense but I'd do it all over again, I cried and cried when I saw him. 💙 my baby boy is finally here!
Awww I'm scared to go natural now lol Congrats!!
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Starting TWW. Anyone else?

A Statement from Mom.Life:
Hey everyone!
Last night, a new user began messaging our moms asking for private pictures of toddlers and young children. This is obviously unacceptable behavior, and the account was banned immediately. Although thankfully extremely rare on Mom.Life, several users were understandably upset by this, so we wanted to clarify a few things:
First off, Mom.Life has an absolute zero tolerance policy for child abuse and those who would prey on children. We strive to ...
@andrewsmommy, don't be!!! It's honestly not that bad you just have to remember to breathe. That's the only way I got through it all
