How do you guys get a 3 and a half old lazy latcher to latch successfully? Dealing with plugged ducts almost every day…

You basically hold your hand in the shape of a C and smash your breast like you're holding a hamburger. It pushes your nipple out so baby can get a better latch. Also, was your baby checked for tongue and lip ties?

3 and a half month or week? Do you do the "hamburger"? Have you tried nipple shields?
