so I have like no will power but I want to start exercising... I have no idea where to start.... my biggest issue right now is my 9 Month old that wants to be right next to me or on my lap all the time. it's either that or I have to make sure he's not trying to eat the dog food. anyway, any advice would be amazing :) thank you in advance. oh and here's a picture of my little Duncan! I love him so much!

Hey I live in Salem too! I'm hopefully going to start going to the gym in February. Do you plan on working out from home or going to the gym?

I thought about joining a gym but I just haven't had the money. that and I don't really know anyone who would go with me. most likely I will have to be at home. I also can't really see taking the baby to the gym with me
