Any moms got their body back after a c-section ? What workouts did you do ? No crunches or sit ups for me no no no lol. I got the okay to workout from my OBGYN on Monday but I have no clue where to start 😩
if you hate crunches try planks. you can read a book or play on your phone during sets 😂
It took about 8 months! I need to tone up a lot now but that's easy. Thanks girl! I get you

I have my flat tummy again, well to how it was & I only do sit ups everyday. Just started a month ago though
