I'm trying cry it out at the moment it's soo hard but he's not crying he's just screaming so isn't that bad for his throat? also when I lie him down after some time to check on him he refuses to lie down nd screams louder what should I do nd should I pick him up?
I just had to put Gabe down and walk away. I wish y'all could hear him screaming for no reason.
My son fell off the bed not to long ago and was crying alot just took him a worm bath now he's asleep do y'all think I should take him to the emergency room

how does your babies take naps? I'm trying to leave him in the cot till he crys himself to sleep bcz he's soo dependant on me to rock him to sleep I feel soo bad hearing him cry it's been nearly an hour should I continue or pick him up nd put him to sleep like I normally do or leave him till he's quite but I don't think he will stop crying 😐 I'm soo confused he's 7 months Btw plz someone help I'm a first time mum
Need some advice please ?!!? Now let me just start by saying I don't believe in the 'cry it out' technique but my baby honestly does not let me put him down at all anywhere ! He hates the swing, bouncer, play mat, everything ! And when I am holding him I can't even sit.. I have to be standing otherwise he's crying. He cries ALL the time to the point where I don't even have a second to use the washroom or get food to eat.. I feel bad putting him down and letting him cry but I honestly feel like I'm losing my sanity. I can't hold him all the time let alone while standing ! I don't know what to do anymore :(

I've never tried the cry it out method so I don't know. I just leave them in their cot & repeatedly keep coming back in the room to check on them, & reassure them until they fall asleep themselves.

yhh it hurts thinking he's sleepy hut won't go to sleep bcz he needs me but I only picked him up once bcz like that he won't know how to sleep himself, I went after certain amount of time increased everytime could I go any time? I heard cry it out method is increase time like that they will know I'm not going to come when ever u cry i mean I would love to com nd just put him to sleep but that's coming to his every cry don't know, but anyway I did it for two hours hurt me seeing him cry but I sure seen improvements in his cry nd when he was soo sleepy I put him down he didn't panic nd was trying to sleep while I pat him as soon as I was about to leave he could sense it so I stayed till he slept did I do it right?

If your not comfortable leaving him to cry then don't. Also your panicking & he will sense this. Try & stay calm, go in lay him down, stroke his face & say goodnight & walk back out. Go back in if he's still crying & repeat. Keep going back in, laying him down, but don't talk just say goodnight & walk back out until he settles. It may take a while but if your consistent then eventually he will give up. But you have to stay calm, relaxed & of course only do it if your comfortable doing it.

I picked him up nd rocked him he nearly went to sleep I know this isn't a good idea nd when he sensed I was about to put him down he panicked nd screams more louder I'm soo stressed I know it's my first day but he won't even lie down :(
