ooh yess. the tea works instantly tho. so take the tea and the fenugreek daily.. the tea will have you leaking within that hour.. the best on is Mother's Milk Tea.

Thanks to all you ladies. She was considered late term preemie so the dr wanted me to supplement to up her weight but somewhere in that process, it's like my milk production is less 😕. @mamiiscorp, does the fenugreek work pretty quickly?

fenugreek is a great help to increase breast milk and also lactation tea works instantly.

There shouldn't be a need for supplementing if the diaper count is ok. Make sure you eat well and drink lots of fluids.

keep putting baby to breast...it's supply and demand..your body produces as much as your baby needs...the more you put her to your breast, the more your supply will increase. also stress can cause a decrease in production so stay worry-free lol and i always eat a bowl of oatmeal in the morning and something hot for lunch or dinner(soup or something with a broth) AND most importantly, stay hydrated with lots of water. your milk should build up very well doing all of this...i don't take supplements or fenugreek pills...i just eat well(not THAT well because i still have tons of sugar and sweets lol) and drink fluids and i exclusively breastfeed only.
