I need any and all tips and tricks to increase breast milk production! I'm breastfeeding but also supplementing with formula but would like to be producing enough to stop formula feeding.

Sitting in the hospital staring at my baby in disbelief that she's here AND that she's mine...
So much has been going on in my life and after everything she is truly a blessing and my very on rainbow after a storm and of a year.

At the hospital for the second time today... my water broke trying to satisfy a ice cream craving, smh! Now I'm on pitiocin, anticipating the arrival of my baby girl...on my mom's bday! 😄

Today is my birthday and I just want to sleep... I'm my head I had a whole list of things I wanted to do and baby girl is like....yea, lay down and do nothing!

Tomorrow is my birthday and it feels so bittersweet... excited and dreading the next hour 😩😆

Any ladies have experience with PGP?? (pelvic girdle pain) Especially in the third trimester...
