Only a couple weeks into this pregnancy and it's already putting me through hell. My muscles and joints ache like crazy, I am nauseous 24/7, I get atleast 3 migraines a day, and I can't hold anything dairy down which absolutely sucks because all I have been craving are milkshakes. ugh.

Cashew ice cream is amazing! It's the best non dairy ice cream I've ever tasted. Mix it up with some almond milk 👅 They sell it at Ralph's/Kroger. The brand is called So Delicious
