So, there was a 8mo old found in a trash bag yesterday right down the road from me. She was there 3days, and thankfully she lived!! Was in bad condition, but thank god to those awesome people who found her, fed her and cleaned her up while police were on their way. The mother was found just hours after, being charged with attempted murder... but so far, it looks like she's not being trialed as an adult... she's 17, she deserves to be in prison for life for what she did to that beautiful little g...

My LO has thrush, can't get him in to see the ped til monday. What can I do til then? I never dealt with this with my daughter so I am absolutely lost.

Maybe tmi, but this is the only place I feel comfortable asking...
I had my son a month ago, I haven't stopped bleeding except for 1 day. The last 2 days it's gotten very heavy with pretty big clots and I've felt very sick to my stomach and weak. This didn't happen after I had my daughter. Is this normal? Or should I worry?
Can't get into my docs til next Thursday...

First day being home alone all day with a 1.5yr old and a new baby.... I am so overwhelmed, I feel like I'm not gonna get anything done. Pumping every hour, colicky baby, a miserable 18mo old who just wants to scream, a trashed house that will probably not get cleaned until tomorrow or sunday and I'm only running on about 2hrs of sleep the past 3 days. I'm not sure I'm even functioning right now. 😥😪
Will this ever get easier?

Since I have been asked, here is my birth story-
On 6/26 at 11am I went to my OB appointment for a NST, ultrasound and dilation check. Amniotic fluid was very low and I was only 3cm dilated. Finally got out of the doctors office around 3pm, went home and around 5pm I started having irregular contractions but decided to just stick it out til I had to go in to be induced at 6:30pm. Got to the hospital at 6:25 and my contractions had started getting very intense and about only 2mins apart, was whee...

Help! I have no idea what I should do.
LO has had a high fever since last night around 8pm. First time I checked, it was 101.3 so I just got her down to only her diaper and tried to push fluids. Tested again round 10p and it had went up to 102.9 so I gave some fever reducer. The fever reducer did not seem to help whatsoever and ever since 11p her temp has read 102.9 -103.8. It is awesome to see some moms on here get together in person and create a friendship. Definitely wish I could make some mommy friends to have play dates with, but sadly there aren't many mommas on here around my area. 😭

Man, I dunno what the heck to do with my MIL. I'm literally on my last straw. She has planned for her, my SO, LO and I to go to texas with her for a week (we live in NY), cool I was all about it til she said she wanted to do it 2wks before my due date. As I'm nearing the end of my pregnancy, I'm getting more and more nervous of the hospital stay... I had a terrible experience with nurses when I had my first. I was a FTM and decided to breastfeed, My LO didn't have a good latch and my milk didnt come in til 2 days after I had her and I had multiple nurses tell me it was all my fault baby wouldn't latch and told me I was starving my child.
I plan to breast feed with this baby aswell and I am really hoping there are no issues this time as to I do...
