My 4.5 month old son has been spitting up the past few days, only a couple times a day but he's never been one to spit up. I EBF and haven't made any changes to my diet. My first never spit up either so of course it's concerning to me- anyone familiar with this? He is teething if that may have something to do with it.
My 3 month old is suddenly spitting up like crazy. She's never spit up before. Is this normal? She is EBF. She's been chewing her hands like no other as well.

He could be having some acid reflux. My sons started it at 3 months and didn't go away until 6 months

@andrewsmommy, That would make sense! He had it when he was a newborn.. that was rough. Really hope it's not that!
