5 months old in 8 days! Ugh stop 💔

My 4.5 month old son has been spitting up the past few days, only a couple times a day but he's never been one to spit up. I EBF and haven't made any changes to my diet. My first never spit up either so of course it's concerning to me- anyone familiar with this? He is teething if that may have something to do with it.

Hey mamas of kids age 3 and up!

I am in need of advice, support, what have you. My four year old is a rambunctious, wild little free spirit. I love her dearly but this age is really beating me down. The screaming, tantrums, complete disregard of rules, the attitude.. she pretty much yells everything she says when she has high emotion (ex: excitement, anger) and will yell at other people in weird voices.
