Ladies I have a question for my csection mommies out there:
When did you ladies start working out and what type of exercises did you start off with? I'm about to hit my 6th week pp and I want to start working on everything m to tone up
@luuuuuucyyy, yeah everything on my is healed I had my check up yesterday and totally forgot to ask my doctor about working out lol but I feel normal and everything. I'm just going to start off slow and then work my way up 😊 right now I've just been walking and pumping for my son lol that's been helping a lot but it's Kay my stomach that I want to start toning up a bit
@shylamarie, Hahahah thanks girl! Not playing games over here hahahahha need to get healthy for my son and if I end up pregnant again (not anytime soon lol) but when I do I want a healthy weight to start off with and a healthier pregnancy then when I had with this one
I just started about a month ago. The swelling is finally all gone in my stomach & i want to gain some weight and continue to work out. I do the basic at the moment but a lot of cardio has been my key.
i'm 7 months pp btw
