Has anyone experienced after giving birth, the months following when you get your period your cramps are like actual contractions!? I have my period and last night my cramps got so terrible I started crying and hitting my pillow. I felt like I was in labor again. 🤕

It'll ease up as you get more periods but yeah they f'in SUCK

Its normal. I was the same only my perios cramps have always been painful. Contractions were nothing to me. IBP or a nice heating pad will help

@andrewsmommy, it's my second period last month wasn't so bad but this time it's excruciating. I give birth 7 1/2 months ago 😩
