No judgement please. The past two nights have been horrible my daughter has been so fussy and won't sleep. Last night it got to the point where I was really upset at her . And I fell horrible about it cause she doesn't know any better. I'm so sleep deprived and also have a toddler to care for. The past couple of days I've been moody. Now I don't think I have ppd. But can anyone give me some advice or words of encouragement to get through these rough days

Just step away for a few minutes and let your self regroup, walk into the other room and just COUNT and deep breathe until your mind is clear... it's ok to be frustrated you are still human no mother is perfect ! It gets better ! I go through the same thing and I just have to remember if I'm unhappy she's unhappy so if she's crying and I'm tense and frustrated I will never be able to calm her down... 😘 just count and breathe

i feel exactly what your going thru i was in the same sistuation. i'd get mad at myself for getting mad at my son. but its okay she knows you love her & will continue to take good care of her. It will pass as she gets older and you adjust to her. good luck stay strong & don't be afraid to go somewhere & just cry it out it helps.

I would say the same thing! No body is perfect we all have our ups and downs!! I love my kids but they drive me insane sometimes, but I always keep on my mind that "I created those humans, they never asked to be born plus they are a blessing in my life !! 😊😊😊😊

it's normal, you gotta remember you're a great mom and no one is perfect. You're doing the best you can and just know that's all that matters. We can't be happy all the the time but we love our kids and do the best we can with what we got. It'll get easier, just treasure all the good moments and don't worry about the bad. Sleep deprivation can make your feelings go all over. You got this mama :)

Girl, if even one mom can say she has never been there....she's lying. We aren't perfect but we do the best we can. For me the transition from 1 child to 2 was the hardest for me so far. Don't beat yourself up. Just remember it's ok to walk away and take a deep breath or cry if you need to
