Taking a warm bath before bed and then taking Tylenol pm has been helping me out a lot last night I slept almost through the whole night I used lavender bath salts in the bath as well it’s worth a try ladies!

Yup. I'm actually in a recliner too. And I sleep so much better. I mean I still have major insomnia, but it's not due to pain or feeling like my chest is caving in anymore. Chiropractor I just can't afford right now.

I sleep in a recliner now! It sucks! I can't get comfortable on a bed.

My ob prescribed me ambien to take up to 3x a week because I was only sleeping 2 hrs tops per night. It's the only thing that's helped me, I still wake up sore and hurting, but at least I get a few hrs of sleep.

I took some Tylenol pm last night life changing! ? I got more sleep last night then I have all week! I can’t find any chiropractors that take pregnant women near me but I’m still hoping to find someone

I second getting adjustments. I just got one today and will be using his discount program to get them twice a week for 2 months. I can already feel a difference. No pressure in my legs and hips anymore. I am hoping to sleep better tonight too

@baby it has helped so much with everything. I walked in Friday leaning forward due to pelvic pressure and plain. And when I left I felt great. Plus with getting aligned, she said it will help align the pelvis to help prevent baby getting stuck during delivery. And makes room for optimal positioning for baby

I called the hospital last night to find out about taking Tylenol pm and they said it was fine. I only took one pill but it really helped. I actually got some sleep.

My OB said it’s ok to take Tylenol pm occasionally, just don’t make a habit of it

If sleeping on the couch will actually help you sleep, tell him to fly a kite ???

I was having that issue, until I found a chiropractor. I found one who specializes in the Webster method for pregnancy. And I love it. I sleep so much better now. And she’s helping me get aligned for birth.

Im in the same boat as you. Im planning on trying to prop myself up on the couch tonight so I can sleep on my "back" without actually being on my back to give my hips some relief.
