will any judge take a baby from their mom if they are clean, never go out, never been to jail etc but they have made one threat against their ex? but it never happened

Nope. Unless they see mom is abusive or unfit. But fathers can make up stories. They just need proof

Judges won't take a baby away from the Mom unless they are unfit to parent, 99% of the time they side with the Mom, if they see she's unfit or unable to care for the baby they usually will give the father or someone in family custody
