i just tested out my pump and boom! had liquid come out, a decent amount. yay come on baby girl mommy is over being pregnant!

i hve the double pump so i was doing both at the same time. good to know though. in a week il try again! @mommyof1boyy
I used my pump for five minutes on each breast and than did it with my hand for three minutes. on and off for about am hour @skyealana

I did it with my pregnancy too. worked for me, but I didn't do it until 38 weeks.
I wouldn't recommend doing that lol I did it with my hand a while back, just a little bit and now I get excruciating pain because my milk ducts are clogged up 😣 it's a horrible annoying pain.
