sea bands are used to alleviate nausea by pressing on pressure points on ur wrists...@j.kiss92 it helped a little but I had to get medication, I couldn't take it

Slim Fast has fake sugar in it, so I wouldn't drink it. It's advised not to have any artificial sugars during pregnancy. The nausea is tough though! Sea Bands helped me a little.
