I may be over reacting but I get so mad at my husband for eating everything in the house. today he came home for lunch and ate 3 franks with bread! These things are farm fresh so they are expensive. food is meant to be eaten but I have a huge bowl of salad ready made in the fridge. why couldn't he have one frank, salad, and a piece of fruit. He'll also eat a Frank in 2 bites! its so disgusting. it seriously boils my blood that he does this.... Then complains about our grocery bill and the amount of fresh veggies/fruit I get. sorry bud just because you're a pig, doesn't mean the rest of us are eating garbage

@babyleon, I'm eternally grateful my husband is sober. i think he'd eat our pantry up then go over to the neighbors hahaha I can't even imagine!
my dude is like that too, doesn't think about others either... He'll eat anything & everything (especially when he's high) & complains about wanting to eat healthy when he never does! He also chews like a piggy & gets after my kids when they do the same 😒... MEN!

@gcpaschal, I made it a rule a long time ago the veggies have got to be eaten before you have seconds in my house. I said it was for the children and we have to lead by example but I mean it's pretty transparent who I'm talking to here hahahaha
@kambam, it used to really bother me that I'd cook to have leftovers and my husband would eat 4 servings at dinner alone. I make HUGE meals for dinner. It no longer bothers me how much he eats but WHAT he eats and how he eats it. It's so gross plus we have little eyes watching him. I don't want them to pick up on his bad habits. He has an insane metabolism. I tried explaining that a metabolism may be fast but the arteries are still clogging but he doesn't get it. He actually says that I'm just jealous because I'd gain weight. 🚫 noo I just care about your health. ugh
My husband is in great shape but he eats crap. On top of that he's very picky. I don't have the time to cook 2 separate meals. It's nerve wrecking!! He doesn't eat salad and only certain fruits.
haha mine does the same thing ✋ and when I cook he says "oh I can only have a little, im on a diet" I wake up to see that in the middle of the night he ate all the leftovers and then some. WHAT DIET?! over it.
