I feel a bit silly though because I have been there so much lately with reduced movements and for growth scans! I was literally there for a growth scan this morning! @stacey804 I am just going out of my mind now x

I would definitely go to Pau. I had a kidney infection which was making my contractions worse but they were irregular. I was shattered and gave in and refused to let them say no. They hooked me up and said I was only in latent labour because they were irregular. When they found out about my kidney infection they done an internal were I was 4cm. Xx

@sara-lou, @stacey804 I spoke to the midwife and she said she can't do a sweep but has suggested I go back to PAU & get checked by a doctor & they might give me a sweep or induce me. I'm done in from this pain & just don't think I can do this much longer. It's every night! Friday was so painful & went on for so long! I've been using my tens machine, taking regular paracetamol & having hot baths but it doesn't work. Xx

Explain to them you tired and can't be comfortable. I did as they weren't bothered by mine. I was in labour. Sometimes best to get checked xx

If you can get yourself a TENS machine. It really helped ease the contractions so it was more bare able

When I started the whole 'pre-labour' contractions no one was interested in seeing me. Said just to wait it out at home until I went into full labour... Went on for 5days then they eventually broke my waters. But I was 41+5days. I guess it won't hurt to ring & ask though.
