my God she sounds terrible! I'd ring up and make a complaint and tell them you want to see someone else rather than her! testing your urine is really important too! I hope you manage to get things sorted out! xx

I would put a complaint about it all tbh with you. tell them that u want to change ur midwife cos she puts u through stress and make u nervous. 😕 I still haven't met my midwife yet I had all different ones even time I go to my appointment and the last lady done my measurements and she done it so wrong. 😡 Bug am hoping I will see my midwife this time lol x

I'm gonnna get the hospital to check my urine & growth & call the midwife office and make a complaint. I don't want her taking charge of my care any more @mother_of_humans

Well the fact she's plotted my growth when she hasn't measured me has made me so mad!! I have hospital later for a scan anyway so they'll check, but it's just a joke @sara-lou xx

No excuse she's late. They always run late. She should be doing her job, not making stuff up & not doing other bits

Blood pressure & wee sample are standard practise every visit to midwife. Should always be done

I don't have a usual midwife. The doctors surgery is always so busy, we had to move doctors at 20 weeks because we moved house & the old place was great! I'm so upset with it, I feel like she didn't care at all. And to not even measure my bump when I've had growth problems or to check my urine after I said about back pain which she didn't even acknowledge! @karenb1601 @ttcrainbowbaby @sara-lou @newmommyapril I'm just so upset because I've seen her before and she was running late & I totally inderatand she's busy but that shouldn't compromise the care of me or my baby. I've had a really tough pregnancy & don't need to be ignored & have 'feels fine' written in my notes. I've been in tears since I've been home xx

omg I'd be furious! As @ttcrainbowbaby said, even on an off day they shouldn't slack and make things up! I would ask to be seen again by a different midwife, and write a formal complaint to the surgery. That's not on! Sorry you had to go through that at such a crucial time 😔 big hugs x

Jeez I thought my midwife was useless! That's awful. She's not even doing bare minimal but making up stats. Definitely cause for a complaint.

Wow! I can totally see why you're annoyed! Is she usually better? Was this an off day? If not I'd totally complain. She was out of order. And no matter how busy she is, it doesn't excuse her slacking on the job!
