I'm looking into prenatal vitamins. I've found Nested Naturals or Garden of Life. They are all natural and vegan. Are these good? Any new ones I should research?
How many moms had the epidural ? And how many moms went natural and what was your experience in going natural and would you recommend anyone to do it ?

I took this brand rather than the doctors and the doctors was actually really ok with it
