No headache is a good thing. Loss of appetite normal. Just increase water. If it does get worse. Call the on call doc and see what they say.

When you are swollen you should keep whatever it is about heart... I have had issues with legs but not hands... I do know it's very normal during pregnancy. Do you have a headache?
