So I was checked at 10am I was still only 1 cm dilated so they put the balloon inside me that hurt really badly 😔 then I started getting really bad contractions plus I was feeling a lot of pressure from the balloon so 10 mins later I told them to get the epidural even though I was trying to hold out on it but I really needed it I was in too much pain I started getting hot & cold flashes and vomiting. The doctor that did my epidural was awesome he was so nice & he did the epidural so easily then my legs started to become numb , then they just checked me about 10 mins ago & took the balloon out so I was 4cm dilated and they just started the pitocin so I might have baby tonight or tomorrow morning

Now that you have the epidural take a nap mama and relax before you have to start pushing .

Yeah try to rest. You need as much energy possible for when it's time to push. Good luck 🙏🏻
