Am I wrong for not wanting to drop my daughter off at her dads. it is a 30-minute 40-minute drive easy. he's talking about how he always picks her up and that I should drop her off sometimes. I feel I'm the home she lives at so when you got your Lil 2 day weekend out of the month you could at least pick her up
I love how I repeatedly told my father in law not to let my daughter root through the toy box because she doesn’t want anything out of it anyway and he keeps picking her up and taking her to the toy box no matter how many times I tell her no and tell him she doesn’t even want anything out of there anyway. At first I told him “only let her get one toy” so she picks one up and he is still holding her over the toy box then tries to put her over the baby gate so she can grab more. I’m sorry but you aren’t the one that has to pick up all these toys. You aren’t the one who has to put them back. He never picks up toys. Everyone wants to get the toys out for her out no one ever wants to help me pick them back up. The fact that I said not to let her get anything out of the box more than 5 times really pisses me off. You may be her grandparent but you aren’t her parent. So now I have mass toys to pic up on top of the toys she already had out from this morning
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

Getting crumbs on my baby! Sometimes I wanna slap my husband in his dumb head. I had him hold the baby for a few minutes so I could use the bathroom, and I come down and he's eating his sandwich with one hand, holding her with the other and dropping crumbs all over her. I was like wth you couldn't wait to stuff your face like two minutes? Then he looks all surprised and just brushes her off. Like no big deal. I swear if I see him drop food on her then lick it off, I'm gonna scream.
different car senario... You're in the car with your girl friend. She stops to pick up her man.... do you get I the backseat?

if he wants to see his daughter he needs to come get her. if he doesn't like the drive he can move. it's not your responsibility to take her ever!

uhm, we split pick up and drop off. its not fair that he does all of the transportation. her mom drops her off here, we drop her of at her moms when she needs to go back. its pretty standard.

@halliekay, How often does he get her and is it for more then one night? Most of the time he picks her up in the afternoon and drops her off the next morning. He doesn't pay child support, daycare, or anything really. If I'm lucky I get cash once a month and he picks her up twice that month. All I ever ask is he picks her up.

its not even always for an overnight. on tuesdays we only have her for 3 hours. she still drives 30mins after work to drop her off, and he drives 30 mins to her house when its time for her to got to her moms. its not like hes some random person wanting to take your daughter. its her father taking his alloted parenting time.

Well I would diffinitly not drive 30 minutes for a petty 3 hours. So I can't relate to your boyfriend and his child's mother situation.
