@kiaaaaj probably because that's when your doctor checks you out and can guarantee you are healed and good to go. A lot of people probably heal before then but you never know.

I think we tried having sex at 3 weeks after my bleeding almost stopped and then it picked up again. I got really scared but didn't have any complications from it.

i waited 1 week ctfu smh when i had my son but i had a c-section so i didnt have pains down there or anything . and my meds was strong enough that my incision at that moment didnt hurt . consider me lucky since i didnt get pregnant . im having a c-section this timw to but i wont be taking any chances this time lol !! @kiaaaaj

I didnt have no stitches or nothing like that .. so that's where it was different for my first daughter I waited until 5 weeks I had only got 2 stitches thank god when I went for my 6weeks check up i was cleared
