LO scared the crap out of me yesterday!

Put her in her walker so i could go in the other room to make lunch, I had a mommy instinct that something was up so I peeked around the corner and she was choking on her puke, I had to do the heimlich maneuver on her... I am so glad I had that feeling I had to check on her, god knows what could have happened if I didn't... it's absolutely terrifying what could happen in less than a minute. I wore her the rest of the day as I cooked and cleaned, didn't dare to leave her alone. 😔
