Hey Momma's I've been back at work for 3 weeks. I feel like my milk supplies decreasing. I am able to pump at work every 2 hours. Once I get home from work I breastfeed my baby all afteroon. I feel like he's not satisfied after every feed. With that said I need some advice what did you do to maintain a good supply now that you're back at work?
A friend of mine drank hops tea and started being able to pump ~6oz from each boob! It might help :)
Every time I eat I feel like I have something stuck in the back of my throat after. It's driving me insane
I feel like my head is going to explode every time i sneeze 🤧
Creeped out!
A new guy at work just tickled the back of my neck! I cringed and told him "Don't ever touch me, that weirds me out!" On Monday he pulled my braid as I was grabbing parts for him, I also told him don't ever do that. Ugh. I don't feel comfortable working with him EVER! A coworker told me that when she walked past he said "what's cooking good looking". I feel he doesn't deserve to work here. I can't feel like I'm going to be harassed at work. Like who does that?? I'm so creeped ou...
Ladies what was your work schedule like while pregnant? I work 40 hours a week & have only 2 days off a week . Should I cut my hours back ?

Am I wrong to be upset? Last night I was running a fever, weak, tired, sore, my left boob feels like it got used as a punching bag. I asked my husband to call out of work today to help me with the kid so I could get some rest. He went to work. I texted him this morning. Part of me thinks I mean. The other part of me thinks I was fine for saying that because he should've stayed home with us.
Drink heavy amounts of water and pump during the afternoon. whatever breast baby isn't on while feeding
