I have been to the ER more times during these past four months than I have in my entire life combined. Pregnancy has not been easy on me. Life has gotten more complicated and stressful, and now I am having a bipolar relapse. I am hoping and praying for relief and an easier six months ahead.

I'm 13 weeks pregnant tomorrow. I lost a large chunk of my mucus plug just now (yellowish brownish, size of a quarter) I've been having a lot of cramps and pressure in my lower abdomen.
