@itsamemario, you deleted your post before I could hit send but this is my comment: I don’t know if this answers your question but this is my answer. My son is 7 and he knows race and color. Why? Because he himself comes from a family that is multi racial and because he has already experienced racism. I also believe as his mother it’s my job to teach him color and the cold hard truth about society. He knows what’s going on in this world. I’d be hurting him if I allowed him to blindly walk outside without this information. Children of color are being targeted and killed too. It’s not just adults. I let my son know we treat everyone equally and with respect. I let him know that we love everyone for their differences. In every aspect. Color, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual preference we love everyone.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
horrible upstairs neighbor Part 2 So I posted here before about my awful neighbor upstairs. So this morning I got up at 8, my husband and son were already awake. So at about 8:30 I start vacuuming and my husband comes it the bedroom where I'm at and starts playing with our son in there. My son barely ever gets to go in there so he was having fun playing on the bed with daddy. So I finish up and start making breakfast. My husband took our son out of our room and he kinda threw a tantrum and started crying and screaming. It only last a couple minutes. Then I see a cop drive by and the nasty lady upstairs stomping on the floor. And yet again here come the cops at our door. He says this time she called because it sounded like someone was was abusing our son. Lol. This lady is a freaking joke. She is barley ever here but last night comes home with her quite large boyfriend, after midnight and makes noise for about an hour or so that kept waking me up. Most likely was at a bar I'm sure. She only comes back to her condo on the weekends or a couple times a month. She is also in her 50's. You can read my other post about what a nightmare she is. It's to much to re post. So this week my husband is going to file harassment charges on her for doing this everytime she is here. The cops even said we should do it because everytime they come here we are not doing anything wrong. Anyone else have neighbors calling cops on your kids screaming or crying for a couple minutes? Or any kinda noise your kids make? I honestly think she called them because I was vacuuming. And just so you guys know she has cleaners here about once a week vacuuming and banging around for an hour at 7am. Love dealing with that noise at 7am when my baby boy is still asleep
This is my son Walter. Today is his birthday. He would have been five. This picture was taken when he was 16 days old. He was my first child and my only son (I now have 3 girls). He passed away the next day after this picture from congenital heart failure. It was a miracle that he lived passed 12 weeks gestation because of how severe his heart defects were. I miss him so much, I can't believe it's been 5 years. It still hurts so bad. I don't talk about him a lot out loud because I end up bawling, so i thank you for letting me share this with you ladies. You have always been nice and supportive. Happy birthday son, your mom loves you.
so my son has been constipated for a few weeks if he does poop its black an hard now last night he stayed up all night screaming because it hurts him to push .. I held his legs like a frog then when he pushed like water came out along with a string of blood on his butt hole his dr isn't taking my calls what do I do? he also has a umbilical cord hernia could this harm that?
